neat. came to us in May 2024 with an acquisition problem. While they were converting traffic on their landing pages at an acceptable rate, they wanted to increase the value of those conversions, even at the cost of a small decrease in conversion rate.
neat. asked us to produce 4 new landing pages of them, one for each of their acquisition offers.
We began the process as we always do, with research. In order to craft bespoke landing pages for neat., we had to understand their audiences anxieties and motivations.
We surveyed their database and analysed reviews of neat. and their competitors to understand what was required.
The results
By focusing on the information that was important to their customers, we were able to produce landing pages that converted at a very high rate, while also increasing the average order value on each page.
We produced 4 beautiful landing pages for neat. including one for their primary offer which converts at over 7% and at a better price point for the brand ensuring they are profitable on first purchase.
The end result was the doubling of AOV, and a 102.3% increase in revenue coming through the landing pages.
